Day 1 · Zermatt Arrival
The Matterhorn at Golden Hour
Arrive in Zermatt by midday, giving you ample time to scout compositions around the Gornergrad viewpoint before the evening golden hour. The peak reflects in Stellisee lake in perfect conditions.
Day 2 · Glacier Express Departs
Glacier Express — Zermatt to Andermatt
Board the first morning service at 08:52 for maximum light quality through the valleys. The route crosses the famous Landwasser Viaduct — position yourself on the right-hand side of the train for the classic curve shot.

Day 3 · St. Moritz
Frozen Lakes and Alpine Light
In winter, the frozen Silsersee and Silvaplanasee offer extraordinary mirror-like ice formations. Summer brings wildflower meadows and impossibly blue glacial water.

The Red Train Over the Pass
